In patients people consuming a glass (250 ml) of Foshu chokeberry a day for 4 weeks, the results of the research have significantly improved, including the content of total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol (bad) and triacylglycerols in the blood decreased, and the level of HDL cholesterol (good) increased and the level of blood pressure, both systolic and diastolic, decreased. Referring to Foshu Aronia + Beetroot, the beneficial effect is when 1.5 g of betaine is consumed per day. In addition, our drinks do not contain white sugar, only those naturally occurring in raw materials. We only add a natural sweetener (steviol glycosides), which is recommended for diabetics because it does not raise blood glucose levels.
